Headed up by Shirley Brown, Keyside is one of the leading professional conference organising companies in Cape Town.

Keyside's dynamic and experienced team will source venues according to the client's brief and budget and organise the Conference, Meeting or Team Building exercise from A - Z in close consultation with the client.

Keyside was started in 1999. An all female company servicing the conferencing market, & keeping in touch with the industry trends & business requirements as members of related associations such as:

	SAACI (South African Association for the Conference Industry)
	BWA (Business Women’s Association)
	SKAL (International Association of Travel & Tourism Professionals)
	Travelbags (South African Travel Womens Club)

Keyside is also registered with TradeWorld – The national procurement hub for government tenders. TradeWorld plays a proactive role in the initiatives that will drive Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and SME procurement in South Africa.

Shirley Brown Has a long history in Sales, initially with Tedelex and then moving to Imperial Car Rental for 12 years. She started the company as a property-marketing vehicle, as well as offer conference & meeting services, with two partners & took sole ownership in 2002 focusing on the growth of the conferencing arm of the business.

Shireen Jacobs: Started as a Textile designer & Colour Stylist with a 10year textile experience. Progressed on to Product Management & Sales & Marketing for 4 years with the same company (AVTEX). Joined Keyside in 2002 in sales & marketing. With extensive training in TQM & Customer Service excellence, Shireen brings the experience & skill of customer satisfaction to the table.

Soeaad Davids: Soeaad has a 10-year history with a prominent law firm, which aptly equips her for the Logistics & office management. She joined Keyside in 2005 as Front Office Administrator.

Keyside is a 100% Female employed company with the vision to have 50% HDI & PDI shareholders that have been with the company for 5 years & more by the year 2009.

Keyside has a BEE, 65%, approved certificate that is available on request.
