General Manager: Shirley M Brown

With a formidable grounding in Sales, initially with Tedelex and later for over 12 years with Imperial Car Rental, Shirley Brown knows what it takes to promote the life-blood of a business. She initially launched Keyside as a property-marketing vehicle, as well as offering conference & meeting services, with two partners but took sole ownership in 2002. Shirley's focus has been and continues to be, on the growth of the conferencing arm of the business.  Shirley sits on the Skal International Cape Town Committee (friends in tourism)

Sales Representative: Nicole Bischoff

Nicole has been with Keyside since April 2019.  
She has been in the hospitality industry for over 
25 years and have been working as conference 
co-ordinator, conference manager and sales 
executive in a few leading hotels in the 
Western Cape.  She has a plethora of banqueting, 
conference and sales expertise that she has 
acquired over the years. Enabling her to  provide 
the best possible advice and support to her clients

Operations Manager: Soe-Aad Davids

Soe-Aad has a 10 year history with a prominent law firm. She joined Keyside in 2005 as an office administrator but quickly assumed a managerial role with her strong organisational skills. These make her the back bone of the office. She will dutifully go the extra mile for all Keyside clients, making sure you receive the quality of service that we strive for and are known for in the industry.

Marketing & Sales Manager: Romy Higgins

Romy is a recent addition to the Keyside team and brings professional assistance to the coordination of events for our customers. Energetic and enthusiastic, Romy can be relied on to make sure that every detail of the customer journey from conception of an event to execution and debriefing are carried out with excellence and flair. 

​Officer Administrator: Colleen Rens

Colleen started out with Keyside in March 2019. 
A well rounded individual who has a finger in 
main pots, from the SANDF to IBM – 
IT experience, Co ordinating of kiddies 
birthday parties at the Two Oceans Aquarium 
to the Marketing & Management of 
Vista Marina Restaurant and Sushi Bar. 
Colleen sits on the Skal International 
Cape Town Committee (friends in tourism) as well
as the Neighbourhood Watch Exco Committee.  
She has a wealth of experience in different 
spheres and contributes positively to the 
Keyside Team
